Dear Parents:
Clearview Christian School is a ministry of Clearview Baptist Church. Our school is a member of ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International). Our teachers are graduates of an approved ACSI school and hold certification from the state of Virginia or from ACSI.
Our number one priority here at Clearview is to lead your child to a closer relationship with Jesus Christ and at the same time give the necessary academic preparation for their future endeavors. We hope and pray that you will join with us as we move forward for Christ, changing the world one student at a time.
Families who elect to send their children to Clearview Christian School enter into a contractual agreement with the school. Therefore, you are obligated to pay full tuition as contracted unless the Board of Directors elects to break the contract. If Clearview Christian School breaks the contract, the family’s tuition is prorated on a per diem basis. Registration and application fees are non-refundable.
Clearview Christian School Board policy stipulates that all accounts must be kept current. Tuition can be paid in full, or on a ten-month basis of weekly or monthly payments. A late fee of $25.00 will be posted to all accounts that are not paid by the 5th school day after the first day of the month. If tuition is not paid by this time, then the student must be withdrawn from school until the account is made current. Academic transcripts and report cards will be held until all accounts are paid in full.
No person shall be denied enrollment, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefit of, and subjected to discrimination in any program or activity, on the basis of sex or race.
The registration form, tuition, and book fees are attached. A complete registration packet must be submitted to the school before the beginning of the school term in August. If you desire more information or would like to set up an interview, please call us at (434) 845-0637. We count it a privilege to work for Christ through children. “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)
Serving Christ,

Terry L. Cook, Administrator
